Orders and Payment

When you place an order with Essen Pure Oils, you agree to purchase the selected products under the terms outlined here. We accept payments through Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment. All prices listed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change.

Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully received, either via COD or online payment.

Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible. Upon confirming your order, your items will be dispatched within 4 to 5 working days. While we aim to deliver sooner, delivery times may vary depending on the location.

• Shipping Charges: A flat fee of 180 PKR is applied to all orders. The exact shipping fee will be shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase. There are no hidden costs or surprises.

• Delivery Areas: We offer nationwide delivery. If you are in a remote location, delivery times may vary.

Returns & Exchanges

At Essen Pure Oils, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return or exchange policy. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• The item should be in the same condition as when you received it.

• Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) must be provided.

Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
